Over the next 18 months, the South Broadway Business District will experience some exciting changes. As seen in the artist's renderings, along with widening South Broadway, enhancements include:

• A landscaped median featuring trees and wrought iron scrollwork
• Sidewalk planters with wrought iron accents
• Park benches
• Decorative street lights
• Tree lined blocks
